Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy is a treatment that alleviates pain by re-setting the sensory nerve fibers associated with the mesoderm (middle skin layer). Dr. Revenaugh first gained exposure to Mesotherapy while working at a Veterinary Clinic in Germany in 1992. The technique originated in France in 1952 and is practiced world wide in human medicine. It involves multiple injections with very small needles that penetrate the intradermal layer of the skin (only 4-6mm deep). After the treatment, small skin bumps will be visible for a couple of hours while the injections are absorbed. The number of treatments and products injected vary depending on the condition being treated and the chronicity of the problem.
