Tendon Therapies

Various therapies are available including Extra Corporeal Shock Wave Therapy, intra-lesion steroid therapy, Bone Marrow Stem Cell, Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy, ACell, Growth Hormone, and Prolotherapy of injured tendons, ligaments, or other soft tissue structures such as the stifle meniscus. Each injury, as well as each individual site of injury whether it be a tendon, a ligament, or other soft tissue structure may have one therapy that has been shown to be more effective than another. Dr. Revenaugh’s extensive experience in treating soft tissue injuries allows him to select the most effective one of the available therapies for each individual case.
