Clinical Lameness Examination

The "hands-on" evaluation of the horse is the cornerstone of the practice. Careful observation and palpation provides valuable information about the status of the horse. "Prepurchase examinations" are conducted in accordance with traditional standards to provide information to prospective horse buyers. Chiropractic exams are used in this practice primarily for evaluation and treatment of neck, back and pelvic problems. Other examinations are conducted depending upon what the horse's "presenting complaint" is.
