Nutrition FAQ's

Question: Where can I find information about dietary requirements for specific conditions such as stomach ulcers, "tying up", HYPP, Polysaccharide Storage Myopathy, etc?

Answer: The Horse Magazine has a discussion of dietary requirements of horses with various diseases in their Special Issue on Nutrition published in August 2006. You can access this information free on their website Feeding to Prevent and Control Disease - TheHorse.com .

If you have any specific nutrition questions, please feel free to contact our specialist at Purina, Justin Talbott at justin.talbott@purinamills.com .
